Why Haven't I Received an Email Sent from xtopup?

1.The email might have been intercepted by a spam filter. Check the "Spam" folder in your email to see if the email from xtopup has been received there.
How to whitelist an email in Gmail:
Click the settings button and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu;
Navigate to the tab labeled "Filters and Blocked Addresses" to access information about existing filters;
Choose to "Create a new filter" and enter the email or domain you wish to whitelist: "@lxtopup.com".
